Can my partner and I both use the FHSA and the Home Buyers' Plan?

The short answer
Yes. Each first time buyer can put up to $40,000 into an FHSA and withdraw up to $60,000 from an RRSP under the Home Buyers' Plan, so a couple can bring up to $200,000 before any growth. You can use both programs for the same home.
