What the site is for
Personal, non commercial use by people interested in buying, selling or learning about real estate in Durham Region. Do not copy, scrape, or republish listing data from this site; it belongs to the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board and PropTx and is licensed for display here only.

Listing data provided under copyright by the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board and PropTx. The information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Not intended to solicit buyers or sellers currently under contract with a brokerage.
Sold prices, price history and some listings are available only to registered users who accept the VOW terms of use. Listings from other brokerages show the listing brokerage's name.
Numbers and advice
Market statistics, home value estimates and calculator results come from listing data, public formulas and the inputs you provide. They are estimates for information, not an appraisal, not a guarantee of value, and not legal, tax, mortgage or investment advice. Rates and rules used by the calculators are shown with the date they were last checked. For a decision that matters, talk to the right professional: a lawyer, an accountant, a mortgage broker, or Natalia for a proper valuation.
The assistant
The assistant is software and identifies itself as such. It answers from data and from notes Natalia has written. It can be wrong. It does not create a client relationship with Natalia or the brokerage; that happens only through a signed representation agreement. If you are already under contract with another brokerage, this site is not intended to solicit you.
Accounts
One account per person, with a real name and an email you control. You are responsible for what happens under your sign in. Natalia's office may close an account that breaks these terms or the VOW terms.
Messages
By giving a phone number or email and ticking the consent box you agree to receive messages from Natalia's office. You can stop at any time by replying STOP or using the unsubscribe link. See the privacy policy.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent Ontario law allows, Natalia, the brokerage and the people who run this site are not liable for losses from relying on information here, from errors in listing data, or from the site being unavailable.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Disputes go to the courts of Ontario.
Changes
The date at the top changes when these terms change. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms.
