What a VOW is
This site operates a Virtual Office Website (VOW) on behalf of RE/MAX Jazz Inc., Brokerage. A VOW lets a brokerage show registered consumers MLS information that is not public, including sold prices, price history and listings not available for general advertising, so that the consumer can work with the brokerage in deciding whether to buy or sell.
Your agreement
- You have a bona fide interest in buying, selling or leasing real estate in the area the MLS covers, and you are using the VOW for that purpose.
- You will use the information for your own personal, non commercial use only. You will not copy, redistribute, retransmit, scrape, or share it, and you will not use it for any commercial purpose.
- You acknowledge that the MLS data is owned by the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board and PropTx, is protected by copyright, and is provided under licence to the brokerage.
- You acknowledge that RE/MAX Jazz Inc., Brokerage may be acting as a representative of a seller on some listings and may represent buyers on others, and that nothing on this site creates a client relationship unless a written representation agreement is signed.
- You have read and accept the terms of use and the privacy policy.
Registration
Registration requires your name and a valid email, which must be verified. A phone number is optional. The date, time and IP address of your acceptance are recorded, as the MLS rules require. Registered access lasts while you keep using the site; after 30 days without a visit you will be asked to accept these terms again. Natalia's office may end access for anyone who breaks these terms.
What you can see
- Sold prices and sale dates for the past 24 months.
- Price history and days on market for listings.
- Listings where the seller has allowed display on a VOW but not general advertising.
Some sellers opt out of having their listing, address or sold price displayed on the internet. Those are not shown.
Accuracy
Listing data provided under copyright by the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board and PropTx. The information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Not intended to solicit buyers or sellers currently under contract with a brokerage.
Data is refreshed regularly from the MLS but may lag. Listing data on this site is for information only and is not a substitute for a professional appraisal or advice from a registered real estate professional.
