Does an assignment of a pre-construction contract qualify?

By , Sales Representative, RE/MAX Jazz Inc., Brokerage. Updated

The short answer

Only if both the original agreement with the builder and the assignment fall inside the eligibility window. Taking over a contract that was originally signed years ago does not qualify.
