When is the deadline for the Ontario HST rebate on new homes?

The short answer
For buyers who are not first-time buyers, the agreement with the builder must be signed between April 1, 2026 and March 31, 2027, construction must start by December 31, 2028, and the home must be substantially complete by December 31, 2031.
